Reinvest Health is a start-up consulting enterprise that advises health systems, physician groups, and ancillary providers on planning and business development, as well as growth-fueled strategies through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JV)s and other partnerships. Our role is to introduce traditional healthcare organizations to asymmetrical problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking that assist them reshape their operations and workflows to meet the changing marketplace and patient demand. Some assignments include: • Advising start-up technology firms on go-to-market strategies and business development for solution that will revolutionize medical device management process and patient engagement solutions. • Creating a detailed roadmap for physicians looking to establish their own practice, as well as an ancillary service provider to fuel growth of new business lines.
