As the Sales & Finance Manager, I am responsible for training and managing a staff of six for a retail RV dealership. I handle day to day operations of the sales floor, presenting sales quotes for sales reps and closing deals when needed. I also work with customers on securing their financing from the point of completing their credit application to working with lenders and ultimately scheduling the customer for their pick up process. I am also directly involved with the service department to insure that customer units are ready for pick up on their scheduled date. Additionally, I am responsible for the layout of the lot to insure that it is eye appealing to the customer. This is a location that produces upwards of 500 unit sales per year.
