About Todd Stebbins

As a Tax Accountant (Senior) in the National Tax Office of RubinBrown, I am responsible for conducting tax research and developing strategies for existing and potential clients, as well as performing tax due diligence for M&A transactions. Additionally, I prepare and present educational series on new and existing tax legislation and guidance to team members - staff through partner level across the firm. RubinBrown\'s National Tax Office also develops quality control standards and policies that are rolled out firm wide. Prior to joining RubinBrown, I was a Senior Tax Consultant in Deloitte\'s National Federal Tax Services practice. I advised clients with complex partnership structures in a variety of industries including real estate, energy, and financial services as well as clients that were preparing for IPO. I am a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a B.S. degree in Accounting, and a graduate of the University of Denver with a Master’s degree in Taxation. I’m a licensed CPA in the State of New York, pending reciprocity in Colorado.
