ABOUT TODD SIEGEL
Registered U.S. patent attorney with a particular emphasis in intellectual property litigation. My recent experience includes various patent-related matters involving technologies related to image processing, operating systems, recovery software, internet technologies, as well as copyright litigation.I recently completed serving my second term as Klarquist Sparkman\'s Managing Partner.Prior to joining Klarquist Sparkman, I was a general litigator for three years where I handled bench and jury trials in insurance defense, real estate, criminal, and family law cases. Prior to law school, I was an information systems consultant for Andersen Consulting.I have served as Vice-Chair for the PTAB Bar Association\'s Communications Committee. I have served on the Oregon State Bar\'s Unlawful Practice of Law committee, as well as serving as a volunteer for St. Andrew\'s Legal Clinic and the Children\'s Representation Project. I am a member of the Multnomah Bar Association, the Oregon Patent Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Intellectual Property Section of the Oregon State Bar. I am currently serving on the Multnomah Athletic Club\'s House Committee, and have previously served on the MAC\'s Property Committee, the MAC\'s Athletic Committee, and previously served as Chairperson for the MAC\'s Tennis Committee.
