   Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and executing critical operational excellence process improvements focused on savings and improved performance (safety, quality, delivery, cost) at all REV Group Business Units (4 divisions/ 18 US Manufacturing Plants). Reports directly to VP of Operations. Fire Division. Completed projects: Doubling throughput at Capacity/Laymore Street Sweeper manufacturing plant in Texas - annual savings of $1.4M in productivity improvement. Completed 3P and lean kaizen projects in KME Fire Engine product line at Holden, LA of improving production flow and productivity (fire engine cab, pump modules and chassis assembly). KME 3P/kaizen improvements showed a 68% reduction in HPU compared to previous units (potential financial impact of $1.1M). Improved performance at ENC Commercial Bus plant in Riverside, California focused on establishing clear to build process to improve throughput and productivity with a targeted savings of $1.7M. Improved throughput and productivity in welding departments at Smeal Fire Engine in Nebraska and Ladder Tower Fire Engine plant in Pennsylvania.
