ABOUT TODD SCHNAKENBERG

As a project manager and senior biologist, I am responsible for the evaluation and impact assessment on natural resources and regulatory agency compliance and permitting. I serve as the natural resources project manager for water, public utilities, transportation, commercial development, municipalities, renewable energy, and all other energy sectors. I specialized in wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species, and USACE permitting in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas. I am also highly skilled in NEPA compliance for the USDA, USACE, FEMA, FCC, and FHWA (Texas Department of Transportation).I have a B.S. Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Marine and Freshwater Biology, and Ecology (2010). I am scientific diver specializing in freshwater mussel surveys in Texas, Michigan, and Ohio, and certified as a Rescue Diver (PADI) Prior to becoming a consultant, I served for over 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Before I retired in 2007, I served as an aviation technician, Marine Corps Drill Instructor, Operations and Logistical Plans Chief, and Assistant Marine Officer Instructor at the University of Texas (Austin, TX) and at Officer\'s Candidate School (Quantico, VA). I served in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Restore Hope (Somalia). I earned 3 Navy Commendation Medals, Air Force Achievement Medal, Joint Forces Achievement Medal, and 2 letters of commendation.Loyal, unselfish, and dedicated professional in natural resources and environmental consulting.
