ABOUT TODD ROTH
I am a reliable, quality-oriented individual who has leadership experience in operations, safety & health, business management, business improvement, and sustainability in the mining/metals industry. I have held leadership responsibilities at both surface and underground mining operations to include the roles of VP/General Manager, Vice President Operations, Director of Operations, Director of Safety & Health, Human Resources Manager, and Mill Manager. Additionally, I have experience with maintenance, logistics, project management, environmental, and quality in mining & milling operations. I lead with a pro-active approach supporting a safety first mentality, as well as, excelling within regulatory compliance requirements. I am driven to develop other team members while continuing my own self improvement and learning. I believe that a safe operation is a productive and cost efficient operation, and they can both exist together. Additionally, we opened a brew pub in August 2019 in Grand Rapids, MN under NorthRock Development LLC called Rapids Brewing Company!
