   Oversee end to end operations in an 800k sq ft distribution center using robotics and state of the art technology. Ensure my team meets safety, quality, and cost goals. Along with creating strategic objectives and initiatives that will drive operational improvements. This includes working closely with team members and vendors to organize testing products and staffing support. • Coordinated post launch operations including receiving over 3.5 million units in first 4 months that allowed for a successful Outbound go live.• Played a key role working with the HR/Talent Acquisition team by hiring 80 plus new team members to ensure we were staffed and trained before go-live.• Promote a cross functional team environment with Maintenance/Facilities, Engineering, IT, HR, and other internal departments.• Responsible for 7 direct reports and 70 indirect reports.• Work closely with other NB DC sites at getting resource support for operational readiness and department setup.
