Was the F35 Supplier Manager for Kitron a Norwegian supplier who supplies the L-band Pre-Selector module and the Dual Channel Transceiver (DCTR). Supported the EPS CAPS program providing systems engineering and verification and testing/integration support. Was the CCB chair for the Navy CANES (Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Services). Helped track and disposition all problems associated with multiple ship deliveries.Lead a 70-person,$22M (annual revenue) Space and Systems Engineering Department, to include geographically separated operations in California, Colorado, Nebraska, Virginia and Florida. Accountable for the cost, P&L, schedule and technical performance of this line organization. Lead the organization through several significant space based software development and integration projects. Established Core Metrics to measure project, program and business unit performance. Actively participates in program management oversight and performance reviews. Lead business development meetings and set business priorities for the Department, in concert with Sector business plans. Developed new SMC customers with “double digit” growth. Oversight of Contracting, Program Management and Subcontractor Management in attainment of business unit objectives. Supports a number of key DoD Space programs including EPS CAPS, WGS, TSAT Mission Operations System, RAIDRS, SBIRS-High, STSS, GPS, MDNT and several SCI programs. Sets the vision and direction for the Department, and promotes employee growth, education and training to achieve the Division objectives. Creates the climate for team participation, open communication, and employee morale.
