As a senior at the University of Maryland, I am currently studying Accounting at the Robert H. Smith School of Business. I plan to take what I am learning from my courses and beyond prepare myself for a career in public accounting. I intend on becoming a CPA and seek internship/full time opportunities in an accounting firm in the upcoming future. I am a very responsible individual who takes pride in completing work to the best of my ability. I enjoy learning new things and taking risks to showcase some of my professional abilities. Some areas of strength include working in a team, being thorough in my work, and staying organized while meeting deadlines. I am a very positive person who likes to make individuals laugh and feel good in a very high-stressed work industry. A personal goal of mine is to continue growing and build a wealth of knowledge that allows me to help anyone I come across in my career field.
