   I am a project manager who provides services for several commercial retail, restaurant, and real estate clients in the Indiana market and throughout the United States. Projects I have been involved with include new building construction projects, existing building remodels, and larger site development projects. Though I have experience in several areas, in recent years, my work has focused primarily on ground up projects for national retail and restaurant clients throughout the country, as well as airport work for rental car companies in new parking garages. I manage the complete process from interpreting blueprints and identifying the scope of work involved, to closing out the project successfully on schedule, safely, and on budget. I am skilled in interpreting drawings, finding and securing bids, preparing and delivering estimates, performing daily contract and dispute negotiation, writing contract documents, scheduling projects, managing and maintaining a budget, and successfully delivering the client with a space or building that meets the desired vision of the designers and expectations of the owner. Because of my experience working in the field and having been witness to a serious jobsite accident when I was younger, I also took on the role at our company to develop and oversee the company safety program, working with our safety management team to train, inspect jobsites, and update our workforce with new developments in the industry. As part of that role, I worked with a software company to design and develop a workflow app for field workers, to better enable them to efficiently report daily activities to their project managers, to monitor/report safety practices in the field, to conduct and record all safety training, and to provide a real time workflow to guide them through accident/incident and OSHA Inspections and to record and document the abatement of such upon completion.
