About Todd Miller
Todd Miller has led growth equity and buyout investments over the last twenty-five years. Many of his investments over the last decade have a secondary and mid-life element to them. This typically entails purchasing a non-controlling stake in a business from either a controlling sponsor seeking to sell down or a minority investor (co-investor, rollover shareholder, etcetera) seeking liquidity. Recent investments include Encore, SESAC, IFS, Netwrix, Everfi, and Allied Universal. Todd is currently a Partner of W Capital, a division of AXA IM, that focuses on offering investors in private equity backed businesses a broad range of liquidity solutions. He was formerly a Managing Director of TH Lee\'s growth buyout fund, Partner of Alpine Capital, a merchant bank founded by the former heads of Time Warner, and a Managing Director of Paul Capital. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in the financial intuitions group specializing in M&A.
