Responsible for managing 2 teams within our online banking application- Access Management is responsible for client authentication and account access. This includes clients using 3rd party data aggregators and small business clients. Close integration with 2 different security teams is critical to enable logon capabilities-Digital Wealth Strategy is a fairly new team that offers wealth and retirement planning capabilities to various client segments. We enable clients to link external accounts for a more accurate financial picture that can help build a more robust retirement plan. Heavily involved with integrating and managing data aggregators - both as a 3rd party vendor and as an aggregator of KeyBank client data. Actively working on oauth implementation, transaction enrichment, passwordless authentication, and a wealth portal. Teams consist of FTE’s, contractors, business analysts, and scrum masters.
