Excellent problem solving, and organizational skills• Ability to identify, select and prepare tooling• Set speed/feed controls based on analysis and optimum conditions• Knowledge of Fanuc, Okuma, Mitsubishi, and DMG controls• Experience in Master cam, AutoCAD, and Solid Works,Word, Excel• Set up and operate various metal cutting machines (CNC & Manual)• Responsible for the training of line setups, lead hands, as well as production personnel on new processes and process changes • Excellent in optimizing machine capacity • Ability to analyze out of tolerance conditions and make necessary adjustments • Excellent ability to read, interpret & write part programs for CNC• Handle employee complaints and take remedial action regarding equipment• Experience in supervising and coordinating staff to complete needed tasks by set timelines • Independent planning and scheduling of work• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision• Setup and Program CNC probing Systems for Milling or Turning Machines• Ability to process parts from costomer drawings to finished product
