My responsibilities include the following: 1. I must organize, lead, and train crews to complete projects/workdays within established policies, procedures, complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulations. I am responsible for completing projects within strict timeframes and allowed budgets as well as diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.2. Competently delegate work amongst crew(s) and resolve potential crew issues.3. I must foster and maintain an effective/clear/cordial means of communication between the project manager(s), the EPC, contractors, superiors, and co-workers.4. I am responsible for material, hardware, etc. are used efficiently and ordered upon \'foreseen\' daily/weekly goals of completions.5. Maintain an industrious, well-balanced, energetic and respectable attitude on and off the field - this in being a company representative including daily living ethics.
