I gain great satisfaction from creating business out of good ideas. Seeing an idea move from a notion to a thought, through all of the organic layers and stages of development ignites my passion. Good ideas attract people and ignite their creativity. Whether my own idea or someone else’s doesn’t really matter. I just love seeing good ideas grow. I have been actively involved in business ownership and management for the past 32 years, including 13 years of operations management and 12 years of construction project management. I was a Founding Partner of Windmill Golf Group. As the General Manager of two busy public golf courses I gained Business and Operations Management experience. I have broad experience in construction gained through completing projects ranging from single-family custom homes to production housing to inner-city in-fills to multi-million dollar golf course developments. I have deep familiarity and experience with startup business from concept to successfully functioning enterprise.
