Todd is a dedicated, hard-working communications professional who has held numerous positions within various levels of government both at a Federal and provincial level. Todd most recently served as the Director of Communications for the Minister of International Development at Global Affairs Canada. He has extensive experience working with journalists in Ottawa, Toronto and around the world, including the BBC, Reuters, MSNBC and other major media outlets. In addition to media relations, Todd has a deep background in crisis communications which he honed during the COVID-19 pandemic while as the Director of Communications for the Minister of National Defence. Todd also served as Senior Advisor for Intergovernmental Affairs - Strategic Planning and Tour to Premier Kathleen Wynne at Queen\'s Park in Toronto, Ontario. He has worked in numerous markets overseas including Japan, South Korea, India and the Middle East to promote investment in Ontario. Todd received a Master\'s Degree from the University of Toronto\'s Munk School of International Affairs. During his time at the University of Toronto, he participated in exchange with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as well as working for the GAP Institute for Advance Studies in Prishtina, Kosovo.
