With 20 years of experience as a leader in finance, I have been integral to transformational initiatives to drive automation and organizational growth. It is my passion to utilize my expertise in data-driven solutions and innovative technology to ensure productivity and financial business efforts. I am well versed in corporate treasury, FP & A, the M&A processes, the capital markets, as well as impactful cost reductions. Throughout my leadership experience, I have been able to focus on building critical relationships to drive operational metrics from a financial perspective. Key achievements include: Responsible for 8 direct reports, coordinating with the CFO in the evolution of data for monthly and quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors and Private Equity owners, utilizing technology to transform manual processes to automation, focusing on building and managing budgets, forecasting, and numerous reports including monthly variances, liquidity, and other operational metrics Oversaw all banking and lending relationships, maintaining all aspects of cash management, covering 4 main lines of business within 16 states, consisting of $1B+ in revenues and a $900M debt and derivatives portfolio Led a team of 4, collaborating with multiple Vice Presidents, directing a $900M expense budget, reducing cost by 9% year over year, implementing and managing the Initiatives Portfolio for Technical Field Services, focusing on cost reduction processes, resulting in a decline in expenses of $120M+ Responsible for managing the share repurchase program, overseeing over $20B repurchased through the utilization of 10b-18, ASRs and 10b5-1 programs, developing and overseeing a free cash flow model utilized to forecast free cash flowPlease contact me through this profile if you wish to connect.
