ABOUT TODD JORGENSON
Todd joined as a Managing Parter to Jorgenson Pace in August of 2024 with the merger of Jorgenson Consulting and The PACE Group. Todd was previously the Managing Director and Principal for Jorgenson Consulting for over twenty-two years. Todd specializes in executive searches for non-profit, community, and economic development entities throughout the United States. Todd\'s experience includes non-profit executive searches, information technology searches, executive compensation, sales operation management, business development, and sales. Todd began his career recruiting software engineers from the Department of Defense and National Security agencies to work on classified government contractor projects. Todd also worked in the information technology and telecommunications infrastructure field, working for successful technology-based companies like U.S. Robotics, 3Com, and Universal Access. Todd\'s experience ranges from business development in the Middle East and Africa sales operations in Paris, France. Todd has a communications degree from Jacksonville University. In September 2023, the International Economic Development Council recognized Todd with the 2023 Chairman\'s Award for Excellence in Economic Development.
