Biography:I was one of the founding Partners in Alexin, LLC; a secondary billet and rolling ingot casting facility. I have over 40 years of aluminum industry experience, in casting, rolling, extrusion and finishing including management of environmental requirements. During my 40 years of industry experience, I have led and been a part of a team that has provided project feasibility assessment, designed projects, managed projects, retrofitted several brownfield and greenfield Aluminum processing facilities. I have held ownership “Alexin, LLC” and management positions, including technical director of cast house development and recycling and managing director of operations at Hydro’s Henderson billet casting facility.    On January 26, 2018, my partners and I sold Alexin, LLC to Matalco which increased the Matalco Aluminum Remelter portfolio from 3 to 4. Since that purchase I have been involved in developing the Metallurgical and Technical staff and processes at the Matalco facilities and working with a team to design and plan construction of two additional remelt facilities. One located in the Wisconsin area that will be focused on extrusion billet production and a second remelt facility in the south that will be focused on rolling ingot production for the Automotive Body market segment.
