Follow all policy and procedures to ensure quality, safety and satisfaction for our customers. Assist and train new employees. Provide verbal and written evaluations for staff and clients. Look over the equipment on a daily basis to make sure everything is in proper working order. Educated in biomechanics, rehabilitation of injuries, exercise physiology, and exercise testing that help me excel as a personal trainer and improve client results. Assist and instruct clients with using equipment properly, often lifting weights over 40 lbs, and spotting clients to ensure safety at all times by communicating effectively.
