About Todd Heroux
Todd Heroux is a seasoned mortgage field services manager with extensive knowledge of HUD policies and procedures. Todd was challenged in May of 2002 by working for a start-up property preservation company. Todd’s role grew into managing 6 field crews over a 4 year period. His business development efforts helped grow the start-up into a regional player. Todd’s role continued to evolve with a focus on staff & contractor trainings and program developments. In July of 2011, Todd took his talents to Laudan Properties where he was hired as a supervisor. Todd quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted in 2012 to Manager of Laudan’s field staff and contractor network throughout Ohio. Later in 2012, Todd was promoted again to his current position of Business Development Manager. In his new role, Todd’s primary focus is targeted on expanding the repairs and renovations division of Laudan Properties. In addition to Todd’s work in the mortgage field services industry, Todd and his wife Denise opened Awesome Paws Pet Salon in Medina, OH in July of 2013. Recently a second location was launched in Olmsted Falls, OH. Todd and Denise have an aggressive 5 year expansion plan for their professional pet salons.
