   Being a Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer in the Water Division at DLZ, I am responsible for sanitary sewer, stormwater, and wastewater projects. 20+ years in large public and private site development projects and linear roadway and utility projects with a focus on implementation of green infrastructure. 10+ years of design, document production, and management experience on over 240 projects including institutional, retail, recreational, residential, restaurant, and business office facilities. Project management responsibilities encompass client’s development of utility infrastructure. I am in charge of project development from conceptual phase through design development and engineering phase and into construction phase. Past projects have included utility systems layout & design, demand-sizing calculations, site and land planning, grading and drainage, stormwater management, cost analysis, project permitting, and construction administration. Project management includes quality assurance, scheduling and budgetary review for all projects. His focused is on emphasizing the importance of client-focused services, a flexible delivery system, and current business practices.
