ABOUT TODD GOLDEN

I’m a passionate real estate professional with a heart for service. My number one priority is helping others achieve their dream of homeownership while adding real value to their real estate journey. I proudly serve Sarasota and Manatee counties, bringing a deep understanding of the local market. Before stepping into real estate full-time, I spent many years in the financial and compliance industry, gaining experience that I now use daily in my role as a Realtor. I’ve also been active in real estate on a personal level, purchasing and selling many types of properties for profit. Of all my career pursuits, real estate has been the most rewarding—it’s where I feel most at home. Originally from Colorado, I relocated to Florida with my wife, Lori Summers, in 2020. We both love boating and are proud members of the Freedom Boat Club in Sarasota. Beyond real estate, I am a proud Navy and Army National Guard veteran. I served aboard the USS America CV-66 during Desert Storm and later deployed to Bosnia as a Military Policeman with the Colorado Army National Guard. Lori and I also co-authored a book together called Dream it Do it: How to Become a Homeowner in Modern Day America, written to provide helpful tips and advice for anyone looking to achieve the dream of homeownership. Today, I’m proud to be part of the Marcus and Company team, where I’m committed to delivering high-quality service to every client I work with. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but with the right guidance and support, it doesn’t have to be. My mission is to make the process smooth, successful, and even enjoyable.
