   Manage the quarterly earnings process which involves executive alignment, theme and messaging generation, content creation, and requisite compliance.Previously responsible for all aspects of AT & T’s institutional investor outreach and strategic messaging for quarterly earnings, research analyst conferences and institutional investor meetings.Key Accomplishments:• Led the creation and execution of AT & T\'s investor outreach program, integrating institutional targeting, executive conference circuit, and various adjacent events. Performed quarterly calibration to measure progress against goals and create mid-course adjustments as needed. • CFO focal point for 2024 Analyst & Investor Day event. Effort included capital allocation research for Board of Directors materials leading up to the event, multi-year financial messaging and guidance, as well as overall presentation integration and content reviews. • Originator of the \"Metrics that Matter\" for 2024 AT & T University finance sessions provided to all management employees. Coordinated with Human Resources team, as well as external consultants from ideation to execution phase. • Served as IR focal point for 2022 Investor Day event involving all of AT & T\'s business units, external resources, and media production team.• IR Officer liaison for nearly all internal presentation content, and hosted myriad internal presentations to educate and inform our employees on AT & T\'s strategy, the markets, and investor sentiment.• Manage members of our Financial Leadership Development Program on an annual basis to expose them to a \"top-down\" view of our sector during their stint with the Investor Relations team.
