I represent Durbin in the USA. Durbin is a global pharmaceutical distributor working across 180 different territories. Durbin specializes in distributing specialist or orphan drugs and distribution to hard to access countries. We work with you to design the programs that meet your needs from clinical supply through, named patient programs, compassionate use and early access programs to global distribution of marketed products. Todd interacts and cultivates both patient and professional partnerships and integrates key learnings into the design of the access programs.

ABOUT TODD GALLES

Todd has extensive broad-based experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales and business development. His career includes 9 years at Santen, 7 years at Durbin, and previously 15 years at Syntex Laboratories, and 7 years at Dey LP. Todd began consulting in 20••••16 and contracted with Mylan, BioMarin and Dow. In addition, Todd focused on business development contracts in outsourcing and represented numerous preferred service providers globally. Todd\'s background includes pre-commercial services in formulation and development, clinical and commercial production, international CRO services, and global comparator sourcing for clinical trial supplies as well as managed access programs. Todd also developed professional and patient advisory boards. Most recently, contracted with Santen and prepared launches for a rare disease product with an orphan drug designation, and a new class of drug to treat glaucoma. Previously he led US business development for Durbin Global, a global leading global medical supplier. Todd has gained extensive experience in global managed access programs, expanded access programs, and expanded access medicines programs. He focused in rare diseases and orphan drugs. Todd was instrumental in initiating the first global gene therapy EAP. Most recently, Todd accepted a contract position at Santen, a leading global ophthalmic company. Todd will support marketing, portfolio planning and the launch planning for a product in a rare ophthalmic disease and another in glaucoma. This will be Todd\'s second stint at Santen and he is delighted to contribute to Santen success!
