The property is situated on the Mill Creek, a resurrected urban waterway. We are stewards of the land, the creek, and the surrounding environment. Addition of our chef-driven restaurant and bar which opened in August 2022 completed Phase 1 of our project.* Guide and manage vision and branding with investor group providing monthly updates and reporting* Led three major capital projects: landscaping transformation, construction of restaurant and bar, new 4 season patio structure* Hire, manage, and train staff of 40+(mostly seasonal)* Manage and operate social media * Run all finances including loan sourcing, Quickbooks, and vendor payments* On site or on call 14+ hours daily* Grown business from startup in Oct 2021 by 600%* Leading new initiative for Lighted Forest walk which will open in November 2024
