Responsible for the overall execution of information to facilitate the successful execution of new and existing tradeshow exhibits and events. I work mostly with internal teams and outside contractors/suppliers to bring together what is needed to complete projects. I am responsible for outsourcing and ordering elements required to complete the projects that I am assigned. My role also includes overseeing all elements built internally to combine with the outsourced items. Bring together of all external and internal materials to meet budgets and timelines established by ship dates and show dates. Includes scheduling transportation, development of timelines, the writing and the distribution of work orders and change orders.
