Initiated, orchestrated, and executed the pickup and centralization of all Meta/MMI ILA inventory to a central warehouse for break/fix and new turnups. Developed a warehousing and inventory management strategy and solution for Meta/MMI outside and inside plant materials for over 350+ parts. Onboarded 8 large vendors that enabled Meta/MMI to optimize the supply chain efficiency and cost of materials for ILA integrators. Lead and coordinate efforts to identify, onboard, and assist new suppliers. Partner with engineering teams and vendors to manage the supply chain lead times and challenges. Lead business review processes to measure, analyze and identify points of strength and weakness with regards to supplier performance. Drive continuous improvement on all aspects of supplier performance (e.g. cost, quality, and delivery).
