Working directly with the SVP Head of Commercial Service, I oversee all aspects of Commercial Loan Underwriting and Operations, including processing, underwriting, credit, closing, portfolio management, and servicing. I have been working with the team to implement monumental changes throughout the process in an attempt to refine and improve the loan origination and servicing process. This includes reviewing the organizational structure of the department, speaking with each member of the team, and reviewing most every step in the loan origination process. As well, I was part of the leadership team in the implementation of a new Loan Origination System and consulted on individual loan structure and issues, as needed. Through these efforts we have been able to increase production significantly and enhance the day-to-day experience of the team.
