Member of Customer Connect Program Data Architecture Team working to integrate customer data from various sources into a new SAP HANA EE database along with implementation of a new multi-jurisdictional customer billing system using SAP IS-U. • Designed, developed, and implemented SQL Server schema to create a common billing extract process for various Duke Energy product marketing vendors to receive customer and billing data. • Designed and implemented various views and procedures in HANA EE and SQL Server to provide data views of new SAP IS-U data to various consumers. Member of Common Outage Platform team from October 2018 to April 2019 responsible for the design, development, and implementation of an Oracle database used to consolidate outage data from all jurisdictions to improve outage communications. • Developed and implemented multiple Oracle stored procedures to optimize retrieval of data for common outage reporting and interfaces. • Analyzed and re-designed Oracle database security implementation to ensure easy and flexible maintenance while ensuring access by both applications and ad-hoc users followed the principle of least privilege. Member of Digital Transformation Data Services Center until September 2018 applying data architecture best practices to provision data from across the enterprise in the fulfillment of analytics use cases. • Designed, developed, and implemented SQL Server data mart and ETL programs using Informatica to consolidate demographic and giving information for the Duke Energy foundation. • Designed and implemented SQL Server data mart for a Cyber Security data mart to consolidate data from various threat monitoring systems.
