As the Project Manager for the Undersea Directorate I am responsible for the acquisition and life cycle support for all Multipurpose Reconfigurable training systems on all classes of submarines to include the newest Columbia class. As the Command Master Chief I am responsible for the training, supervision, good order and discipline, moral and welfare of all personnel on base consisting of 48 military members and 1400 civil service employees. Adviser to Commanding Officer (CO) regarding military members and kept him abreast of all personal related issues and command matters.
