911 Dispatcher Shift Supervisor

I supervise a crew of 4 at this time, possibly more in the near future. I like to work together in the center with my crew instead of sitting in the back at the supervisor\'s desk. We have a minimum of 3 people on shift at once. There are 3 shifts. We currently have 15 people in the dispatch center with more positions coming in the next year.
