Provide the best solutions and support possible to our global users/customers • Maintenance and monitoring of the company\'s IT systems and equipment. Current systems are Windows 20••••16, Exchange 2010, Veritas Vault, VMWare Vsphere, MS SQL 20••••16 • Tasked with the installation, support, and upkeep of server based systems and infrastructure • Monitor and fine-tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Conduct routine hardware and software audits • Airwatch Support for Company Email on mobile devices including maintenance • Sets system and security policies and determines their application to business needs including McAfee Scanning • DFS setups/repairs for new sites including US, CAN & MEX • Microsoft Vault for email archiving support • WSUS for server patching • Work with Networks team for firewall issues • Reserve IP’s and setup DNS/DHCP for servers • KPI Reporting for server agents • Create Group Policies for server reboots • Work with Security team for upkeep of needed security patches • Work with other teams for solutions & configs • Act as a primary/lead or escalation technical support for systems, technical staff, end-users and their systems environment and participates in a weekly on-call schedule • Contribute to the development of efficient and user-friendly IT systems • Current relevant IT project is to coordinate the retirement of over 300 Windows 20••••08 servers with the application teams to be replaced by Windows 2016
