About Todd Davis
With a diverse background spanning graphic design, sales, and education, I’ve spent the last 16 years dedicated to nurturing and guiding students in boarding school environments. My career began in the creative world, designing healthcare publications and running a DJ entertainment company in Philadelphia. These experiences taught me the importance of adaptability, creativity, and connecting with people—skills I’ve carried into my educational career.I transitioned into education at my alma mater, Valley Forge Military Academy and College, where I served in various roles, from alumni relations to admissions, and eventually took on the role of Deputy Commandant of Training and Operations. My time there was deeply formative, shaping my leadership style and commitment to student development.Currently, I’m the Director of Residential Life at TMI Episcopal, where I oversee a vibrant and diverse community of students from across the globe. My focus is on creating a safe, inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and personally. I’m passionate about fostering a community that prioritizes student well-being and growth, and I’m always looking for ways to innovate and improve our programs.I bring a proactive, collaborative approach to leadership, coupled with a sense of humor and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.
