About Todd Dallanegra

I’ve leveraged my unique combination of private / public sector and non-profit / ministry work in French and English to move leaders forward and authentically live out their calling in Europe, Africa and the US. I bring global insights and perspectives to clients as I lived and worked in France and Switzerland for 13 years as a coach, trainer and facilitator. I am Past President of the ICF Metro DC chapter, ICF’s largest city chapter in the world with 1500 members. I train and coach French-speaking Christian leaders in Africa. I also deliver executive coaching at large federal agencies. I employ a winsome yet strong spirit to move clients forward to reach their goals. Whether coaching individuals, groups or teams, I serve as a catalyst for professional success and personal improvement. I effectively utilize my strong cross-cultural and interpersonal skills that I honed while working with leaders for 13 years in Europe and pioneered Novo’s work in the Greater Geneva Switzerland area. While crossing cultures, I’ve traveled to 40 countries, thus I easily relate to people from diverse backgrounds. I ask powerful questions to stimulate deep reflection and challenge assumptions. Clients engage in an encouraging discovery process that draws out their best as they set goals, gain greater self-awareness, solve problems, increase resiliency and performance, achieve outcomes and reach new levels of competency. I studied coaching in London and graduated from Creative Results Management’s CORE Coaching Skills Certificate Program. I earned the PCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), am committed to ICF’s high ethical and professional standards and am certified in various assessment tools.
