I am a former U.S. Naval Officer, two time sailor of the year as an enlisted man, master training specialist with numerous military decorations and accolades. I have a medical background in emergency nursing and combat medicine as well as clinical research. Between my 16 years in the military and my 20+ years in clinical research I am an extremely detailed individual who truly understands that effective communication and excellent team skills are critical in being successful in everything we do in our personal and professional lives. My passion is managing and training people to see them excel and exceed even their own expectations. Currently I work at Amgen and I love the company, the atmosphere for collaboration and I love the people that I work for and with.
