My practice is a broad infrastructure project development and finance experience, representing developers and private equity in all aspects of the lifecycle of an infrastructure project; beginning with the RFP stage; to equity structuring; project development, including land acquisition/use, assistance on permitting, technology acquisition, engineering, procurement and construction, offtake structuring and agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, and finally project debt financing. My experience includes the acquisitions and dispositions and acquisition financings of infrastructure assets. Substantial domestic and international experience including work in Argentina, Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, the Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.My experience with energy infrastructure projects includes many decarbonization projects, such as renewable power generation, including wind, solar, battery storage, biomass, and waste-to-energy facilities; and hydrogen generation facilities. I also have substantial experience with LNG liquefaction facilities; LNG receiving terminals; methanol production facilities; propylene projects and other petrochemical projects, pipelines, gas storage, gas separation, and fractionation facilities; and terminalling facilities.Additionally, I represent financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of corporate financing activities, including project financing; general commercial lending; reserve-based financings; acquisition financing; letter of credit facilities; leveraged leasing transactions covering a variety of plants and equipment; and various structured financing transactions, including volumetric production payments, prepaid forward contracts, and receivables financing.Specialties: Project finance, finance, clean energy, renewable energy, decarbonization projects, oil and gas finance, midstream projects, LNG, power projects, mergers and acquisitions.
