About Todd Crow
20+ years of banking, investment and private equity experience centered in commercial real estate, particularly multifamily. At PNC Real Estate, we manage an equity portfolio of over $9 billion in invested capital while operating an industry leading debt and equity platform which invests in low and moderate income rental housing. Our team consists of 125+ real estate professionals engaged in the origination, underwriting, closing, syndication and asset management of one of the largest portfolios of affordable rental housing in the nation. Currently Chairman of the Board and immediate past President of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition, I am Co-Chair of the Affordable and Workforce Housing Council for The Urban Land Institute as well as a member of various other industry and advocacy groups.
