Manage eight direct reports, including five engineers, one strategic energy management (SEM) coach, and two technicians. • Manage team performance metrics and reporting. • Manage all Cascade Energy Technical Service Providers for the BPA Energy Smart Industrial (ESI) program, including all SEM cohorts. • Manage customer relationship with BPA ESI program. • Manage engineering support for the Grant County PUD energy efficiency programs. • Manage technical support of corporate energy and sustainability programs, including energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy studies, and general greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction and decarbonization services. Support customer implementation of net-zero goals. • Lead technical manager for Trident Seafoods, Publix, and Illumina contracts. Manage program design and implementation, engineering and energy teams, facility commissioning, recommissionings and ASHRAEL Level II audits, corporate performance tracking and reporting, employee training, and customer engagement. Manage program client relationships from executives to facility operators. • Continue support as a senior project engineer, with responsibilities listed under the previous job description.
