I currently serve as Director of Construction for Monich Homes, specializing in speculative and custom residential projects throughout the Puget Sound region.I began my career as a laborer, learning the trade from the ground up by listening, observing, and putting in the work. Over time, I worked my way through the ranks through hands-on experience, long hours, and a commitment to doing things the right way. That foundation continues to shape how I lead teams, manage projects, and maintain high standards for quality, accountability, and safety.I also serve as Business Developer and Operations Manager for North Point Contractors, where I lead crews, oversee daily field operations, and develop long-term relationships with builders and partners. My role spans both strategic growth and operational execution, including procurement, crew coordination, and oversight of multiple projects to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget—without compromising craftsmanship.Originally from Cape Cod, MA, I now live in Edmonds, WA.
