Oversee Tire Pros franchisees in assigned region to ensure corporate Operations strategies are implemented to maximize sales and profits in each retail outlet in collaboration with the field staff. • Monitor Business and Financial Management improvement opportunities and development of action plans to help the franchisee reach these objectives through the consultative efforts of the field staff. • Coach and guide the field staff as they provide training to franchisees on professional sales skills, building customer experience, improving shop efficiencies, developing key benchmark ratios, and building brand consistency. • Ensure consistent implementation of retail consulting tools including, but not limited to, the Pros Partnership Analysis (PPA) • Provide feedback to corporate Operations, Marketing and Sales departments about franchisees’ needs. • Ensure franchises are knowledgeable in all phases of the Tire Pros program and brand standards, including communicating the value of the program via the Equity Report. • As franchisee issues arise and are escalated from field personnel, work to mitigate and initiate cancellation processes across their region. • Oversee development and implementation of retail field strategies and programs to drive traffic to Tire Pros retail outlets. • Serve as a secondary support liaison between franchisees and corporate Marketing departments including Advertising, Media and Consumer Insights. • Coach, mentor and identify training opportunities to improve field staff knowledge/skill sets. • Provide assistance and coaching to team members to help meet the expectations for team productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
