I oversee a team of 13 horticulturists, 5 certified arborists, 5 lawn care technicians, and 15 seasonal staff, who are all responsible for maintaining various areas on the Arboretum grounds. Other areas of responsibility include managing a 2.5 million dollar operating budget, securing & managing various contractors, plant procurement, landscape design, record keeping, project management, oversight of holiday decor installation, direction of snow removal operations, hiring of staff, and lecturing.
