Before joining E2M, I completed a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Army, serving in senior leadership roles within elite special operations units—including the 1st Ranger Battalion, the 75th Ranger Regiment, and 5th Special Forces Group. My leadership style is rooted in disciplined execution, clear communication, and developing strong leaders capable of thriving in complex environments.
