   Works directly with the SVP of Sales to manage and coordinate a 30+ person sales team Serve as a catch-all in assisting any sales team or ZOA team members in various tasks Create, maintain and manage all sales trackers on excel including retail lunch dates, slotting fees, and all pricing and promos for over 125 retailers Complete and maintain unique retailer paperwork for over 125 accounts Assists all sales team members in sourcing and ordering all point-of-sale materials, apparel, and any necessary specialty items Develop creative solutions to get samples created and shipped to customers with extremely tight lead times Plan and run ZOA’s booth and activity at high profile Trade Shows and sampling events, including the NACS convention, where I helped plan the design of a 20x20 booth in the convention’s main hall as a first-year company Coordinate travel, book hotels and meeting space, and order food for over 30 people for our annual national sales meeting Assist in long term planning and strategy rooted in analytics Create presentations and slides for all sales team members, maintain proper standards across all presentations
