Todd led the growth of Usource from inception to the 3rd largest brokering and consulting business in the deregulated energy space, ultimately spearheading the sale of the company to the premier energy company in the US. In addition to his successful corporate career and entrepreneurial ventures, Todd has or is presently serving on numerous corporate, institutional and non-profit Boards. Board roles include: Chairperson and Executive Committees; as well as Chairs of Finance, Audit, Compensation, Governance, nominations, and Strategic Initiatives.
