I began as a math teacher at Center Grove Middle School and then taught math at Harrison High School. While at Harrison I earned my Masters Degree and Principals license at Purdue. I then began my administrative work at Frankfort High School as the Assistant Principal. I then served at Frontier Jr-Sr High School and West Lafayette Jr-Sr High School before returning to Frankfort High School as the principal. At Frankfort I returned to school and earned my EdS at Indiana State along with my Superintendents license. After 5 years as the principal, I moved to the Twin Lakes School Corporation as the Assistant Superintendent. I was able to then return to ISU to complete my PhD Specialties: Leadership, Team Building, and Professional Development
