My current role offers me the opportunity to serve those that have served me, while combining my 20 years of expertise in culture, innovation, and managing organizations. I have a systemic appreciation for work force development having worked with manufacturing, construction, sales, marketing, agriculture, education, health care, energy, electronics, computer, music, news, and entertainment industries. As a STREAM (Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) expert majoring in arts, sciences, and administration, I have used innovations in educational pedagogy, public policy, and operational efficiency to enhance community development by building career pathways for life long learning. With 25 years volunteering with non-profits, 24 years of experience in public schools, 10 years of experience in the technology industry, I bring unique solutions to challenges across sectors by combining experience with ingenuity. My passions are to empower learners, evolve public policy, and to create a personalized learning environment that benefits all. I use cutting edge technologies and educational best practices to deliver learning experiences and curriculum through one-on-one, whole groups, online, and mixed modes all around the world. I believe in brain-based learning through differentiation and scaffolding. My greatest strength is the diversity and inclusion that I embrace by creating passion-based learning experiences that create practical applications to the evolving workforce needs.
