ABOUT TODD BAUCH
For over 30 years, people seeking to develop their talents doing what they love have considered Todd an asset. His passion is helping others redefine their talents and recognize their potential. Initially, he worked as a certified instructor, leadership development specialist, and professional athlete in adventure recreation, including climbing, wilderness travel, whitewater, and open water paddling. Later, his focus shifted to leadership in higher education and collegiate recreation. In this role, Todd has built or revitalized organizations that have earned awards in their field, recognized by NIRSA (Leaders in Collegiate Recreation) and the Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education. He has served as faculty and held leadership roles in both associations.Throughout this, he learned that success is not only navigated but also negotiated while on the move. Some days, deciding to be \"not the greatest, but pretty damn good\" allows you the expertise, resources, and efficiency to fully discover even more tomorrow. Knowing that we are all better people when we can picture ourselves navigating the challenges of the unknown, Todd\'s training priority is creating inclusive settings that bring people together to practice success and build momentum as a cohort that supports each other beyond the boundaries of a project.
