   As a co-founder of this 501(c)(3), my responsibilities have included operations, development and direction of projects, board leadership, bookkeeping, legal compliance and representing the organization and its mission-More about InterCulture Foundation:The mission of InterCulture Foundation is to create bridges across cultures, political perspectives, and communities, in order to foster understanding, compassion, and collaboration through education, health, business ventures and storytelling.We do this by creating new “between” spaces in which people of different cultures and perspectives can engage each other and tell their stories so that they foster understanding, compassion, dignified co-existence and even collaboration.In developing projects worldwide, and teaching cultural competence, it is also our vision to help people transform wealth into value, by inspiring the context and perspective they pursue.InterCulture Foundation is defined by three elements:A social commitment to make the world a better place by focusing on what unites rather than divides us.Achieving workable and scalable solutions to problems emanating from a world desperate for increased human connection.A commitment to produce cultural spaces that promote engagement and connection between people of diversity within the global community.To date, our activities have spanned the globe from tribal reservations in Montana, to inner city schools in California, to villages in India denying girls an education, to people in Eastern Europe seeking to rise up after the departure of the Soviet Union.By enabling people to better understand themselves and others, solutions developed by InterCulture Foundation will help them imagine and create their own futures based on hope, not fear.
